Refund policy
We want you to love your order but if something isn't right, we're here to help.
1) Return Window:
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
2) Exchange Request:
We provide a detailed size chart on each product page. If you order the wrong size without consulting it, we are not responsible and no refund will be issued — exchanges only, with shipping fees covered by the customer. Exchanges are only available if the requested size is in stock. If the size is out of stock and we are unable to fulfill the exchange, a refund will be issued as a one-time exception.
3) Eligible Items:
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Sale items and final drops are not eligible unless the item arrived damaged
4) Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Accessories or limited editions marked as Final Sale
5) Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. This applies to items that arrived damaged or defective, or if the customer did not like the order upon receiving it, provided the item meets the eligible conditions above. Refunds are not issued for size-related issues unless the exchange size is out of stock.
6) Important Notes:
- No refunds for size-related issues
- Exchanges are only accepted for the same item in a different size
- Six Angels reserves the right to refuse exchanges on items that do not meet the above conditions
7) Start a Return:

- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
